Even though he’s been around forever and a day as the founder and frontman of Dinosaur Jr, J Mascis has only just recently released his first solo record entitled Several Shades of Why. I’m not going to lie and say that I’ve listened to it yet because I haven’t, but I have heard a tune or two here and there and from what I hear it’s been pretty enjoyable.
